Dr. Dave is the Senior Pastor. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University with the B.A. degree in Social Science, Asbury Theological Seminary with the M.Div. degree, and also Fuller Theological Seminary with the D.Min. degree. His work at Fuller was motivated by a deep passion to help the local church become a revitalized, healthy enterprise devoted to reaching new generations for Jesus Christ. Throughout his ministry, Dr. Dave has served on various District and Conference Committees and task forces for the East Ohio Conference of The United Methodist Church. He currently serves on the Canal District Strategy Committee and the East Ohio Conference Pastoral Care Committee.

Heidi graduated from Conneaut High School and Youngstown State University and in May 2015 she graduated from Methodist Theological School. She has worked with Boardman Culinary Arts Center, Worship leader at Boardman UMC, Coordinator of Youth and Young Adult Ministries at Canfield UMC, Preschool caregiver at Boardman UMC and Youth Director at Howland UMC. Heidi leads the Teen Ministry, Confirmation classes, and other Pastoral duties. Heidi believes that the church is to be a place of Christian worship and fellowship where we grow in our faith and understanding of God in a nurturing nd loving environment. You can find Heidi in the Ministry Office Monday-Thursday.
Lynn holds the B.A. degree in Elementary Education from Mount Union College and the M.Ed. degree in College Student Personnel from Ohio University. She manages the development and growth of the Christian Education program at MUMC. Lynn advises various church sponsored faith development programs and activities including Sunday school, small groups, Wednesday Night Community, and Vacation Bible School.

Susan attended Lincoln College and Ashland University. To further her education in Congregational Care she has taken Health Ministry classes at Akron General Hospital and completed training in Stephen Ministry Leadership. Susan supports the pastors through the performance of administrative duties and general organizational tasks. She assists in the development of church programming and lay ministry. Susan also visits the shut-ins, hospitalized, and new visitors of the church. She is the primary staff resource person for the Congregational Care Team.

Judy provides secretarial duties to the pastoral staff and chairpersons of church ministry teams. As Office Manager, her primary responsibility is to coordinate the overall function of the Ministry Office ensuring effective and up-to-date communication with church members as well as with those seeking a church home.

Brett Rabung has been the long time worship leader at our Comtemporary Service. He is a life-long member of our church and also is active in our Men's and Sports ministries. At 6'4``, he is an imposing sight at the net, playing volleyball.
Mike holds the B.M.Ed. degree from Bowling Green State University and the M.A. degree in Teaching from Marygrove College. Mike has been a music educator in North Royalton, Medina, and Hinckley, OH. Mike has a wide range of musical capabilities and interests which help him to provide diverse worship experiences for everyone.
Judy holds the B.S. degree in Child and Family Community Services with a concentration in Early Childhood, from Bowling Green State University. She brings 14 years of teaching experience to the Medina Weekday Preschool and previous experience as a director in Sylvania, OH. Judy has a passion for administration because it offers her the ability to make a larger impact on families, staff, and children and feels blessed to have this opportunity to reach out to Medina Weekday's 200 families. The passion and commitment of our teachers along with witnessing the many areas of growth in the children is such a rewarding part of being the director at Weekday. She is very supportive of the non-denominational outreach of the church and the school's developmental philosophy while encouraging learning through play. Her focus continues to be on the belief that each person is to be valued as a unique child of God.
As church treasurer, Terri is responsible for paying the church bills and staff payroll.
She also prepares the monthly financial statements.
Jeanne holds degrees from the University of Michigan and Kent State. She has been a member of MUMC for 45 years, and has held the position of Financial Secretary for 30 yrs. As Financial Secretary Jeanne is responsible for recording the weekly offering, preparing financial statements, and assigning offering envelopes. Jeanne also compiles the weekly attendance report. Carol provides childcare in the church nursery room during all Sunday morning services. She also provides childcare during Wednesday Night Community, Vacation Bible School, Women’s Community Bible Study, special church holiday services, some evening classes, and Leah/Lydia Circle. Carol has had occasional childcare duties during weddings as well.

Elaine joined the MUMC music staff in September of 2016. She is a native of Indiana and a graduate of Butler University (Indianapolis) and Purdue University (West Lafayette). In 2008 she retired from public school teaching as an algebra teacher. Elaine plays organ for our traditional worship services (8:15 and 11:00 AM), all special services held throughout the year, funerals and weddings. She accompanies the Chancel Choir, the Cantata Choirs, and summer soloists.
Amanda joined the MUMC staff in May of 2017. She will lead us in implementing a consistent, intentional pathway of growing as Christ's disciples. She will be available to meet with new and long-time congregants to help them get connected at MUMC and grow in their relationship with Christ. Amanda's been a member of MUMC for the past 10 years, and has led our Financial Peace University ministry.
