This year we are offering a tiered price to the trip to help accommodate some of our parents with multiple students attending camps this year! There is a $100 Non-Refundable Downpayment for each student due by June 1st (this covers the cost of the hotel which is not offering us refunds this year). The remaining costs is $100 per student (totaling $200). As part of our tiered pricing plan, subtract the following amounts that apply to you!

My child attended CYF- subtract $50

I have a younger child(ren) who is/has attended a conference camp this year- subtract $50

I have two or more children attending LYN this year- subtract $25 per child (2 students=$150 each, 3 students=$125 each, and so on)

To apply for a scholarship for Love Your Neighbor, you must first complete and submit this document, then select the scholarship button below. Scholarships will be offered to those in need and will cover up to the entire amount of the trip. We are not requiring any financial disclosure or "need statement" we simply need you to give us your name and the amount that you need covered in order to attend this trip without taking on financial hardship. The Basket Auction raises thousands of dollars every year and this is one of the ways we use that money so do not hesitate or feel bad for asking! Connor and the youth team will be the only ones who view the scholarship submissions!

I understand by clicking submit that I am authorizing the Love Your Neighbor Team to do all of the following: authorize and approve medical treatment as necessary, dispense medication as instructed by the parent/guardian, take photos or videos of the students and use them on social media and other digital media outlets, and administer first aid treatment if necessary. I acknowledge that participation in the above trip involves risk to the Participant (and to Participant’s parents or guardians, if Participant is a minor), and may result in various types of injury including, but not limited to the following: sickness, bodily injury, death, emotional injury, personal injury, property damage and financial damage. In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the above trip, the Participant (or parent/guardian if Participant is a minor) acknowledges and accepts the risks of injury associated with participation in the trip. The Participant (or parent/guardian) accepts personal financial responsibility for any injury sustained during the trip. Further, the Participant (or parent/guardian) promises to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Trip Sponsor and its agents, employees, volunteers, or any other representatives (collectively included hereinafter in the term “Trip Sponsor”) for any injury related directly or indirectly out of the above trip, whether such injury arises out of the negligence of the Trip Sponsor or otherwise. If a dispute over this agreement or any claim for damages arises, the Participant (or parent/guardian) agrees to resolve the matter through a mutually acceptable alternative dispute resolution process. If the Participant (or parent/guardian) and the Trip Sponsor cannot agree upon such a process, the dispute will be submitted to a three-member arbitration panel of the American Arbitration Association for final resolution.
